Application Guide

The World Health Grand Award is open to applicants worldwide across all health-related fields. Whether you are an enterprise, brand, product/technology, or individual practitioner, you are welcome to apply — as long as your work is connected to health. The application process is fair, transparent, and independently reviewed by the Association's Professional Committee.

Annual Awards
Annual Awards do not require a separate application. All Gold Award and above recipients from the four quarters of the year are automatically eligible for consideration. The Review Committee conducts a secondary evaluation based on full-year performance to determine the Annual Award winners. Annual Awards are presented at the Annual Gala.

Review Schedule
Quarterly Review: Conducted on a quarterly basis. Applications open in the first month of each quarter, with evaluation and results announced in the final month.
Annual Gala: Held in the fourth quarter of each year or the first quarter of the following year, to present awards to all quarterly recipients and announce the Annual Award winners.

Application Process
1.Online Pre-application: Click [Apply Now] in the Online Application Channel below to complete the pre-application form, selecting your desired tier and entity type. You will be contacted within 3 working days after submission.
2.Formal Material Submission: You will receive a Checklist of Required Application Materials via email. Please submit your supporting documents to the designated email address.
3.Preliminary Review: The Secretariat will complete the review within 7 working days. Shortlisted applicants will be notified; those not shortlisted will receive feedback, with the application fee either refundable or deferrable to the next cycle.
4.Evaluation Fee Payment: Shortlisted applicants will receive instructions to pay the evaluation fee corresponding to their chosen tier.
5.Expert Evaluation: The Review Committee conducts a comprehensive assessment based on Health Impact, Innovativeness, Quality & Safety, and Social Influence.
6.Results Determination: The Review Committee finalizes scores, determines award tiers, with the Committee Chair confirming the results.
7.Public Announcement: Results are announced on the Association's official website for 5 working days, during which social oversight and appeals are accepted.
8.Results Notification and Certification: Upon completion of the announcement period, the Association sends official notifications and delivers Certificates of Honor and customized plaques. Award information can be verified through the “Verification” portal on the official website by entering the certificate number.
