Association in the State of Colorado, USA, the inaugural founding voting meeting of the Council was convened after the overseas registration of the Association was completed. With unanimous votes cast by all attending directors, the First Council has been formally established, and internal permanent operational bodies have been set up accordingly. The governance structure and appointment arrangements for this term are hereby publicly announced as follows:

I. The First Council (the supreme decision-making body of the Association, consisting of 5 seats dominated by US-based industry directors)
As the inaugural Council in the Association’s initial stage, it focuses on three core priorities: formulation of internal institutional frameworks, full-scale rollout of the World Health Grand Award system, and preliminary preparation for the three major UN health programs. As the global business footprint expands and international cooperation networks mature in subsequent phases, a Global Expert Advisory Committee will be established. Additional Council members will be recruited as needed in compliance with the Bylaws to continuously optimize the global governance layout.
1.Director: Tyler James Bennett (United States)
He boasts profound experience in compliant operation of non-profit NGOs in the United States, UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) registration and maintenance, and full-cycle application practices for UN cooperative projects. He takes overall charge of integration of U.S.-based resources, compliance maintenance of the Association’s NGO qualifications, and development and management of UN communication channels.
2.Director: Markus Edward Hale (United States)
He has long been engaged in quality control systems for global health products and development of third-party evaluation criteria for the health industry. He is specially responsible for developing the complete evaluation framework of the World Health Grand Award, constructing four-tier scoring dimensions, recruiting global evaluation experts and managing the expert pool on a regular basis.
3.Director: Olivia Grace Foster (United States)
Her research focuses on North American public health system development, community-wide wellness and rehabilitation, and research on the general health industry. She oversees linkage with health institutions across North America, collection and compilation of high-quality global health cases, and accumulation of academic materials in the wellness sector.
4.Director: Jake William Coleman (United States)
He specializes in cross-regional health industry collaboration across Europe and America and planning of international academic forums. He is in charge of expanding partnerships with health institutions in Europe and Oceania, landing cross-border health exchange programs, and introducing overseas industrial resources.
       5.Board Chair: YU WANG
He formulates the top-level medium and long-term development strategy of the Association, coordinates the advancement of the three major UN health programs, convenes Council meetings and arranges meeting agendas, and shapes the global brand layout of the Association. He will not participate in daily administrative execution or oversee segmented business lines, with core responsibilities covering overall holistic coordination and high-level external liaison and representation.
Core Powers and Responsibilities of the Council as a Whole
To review and approve the Association’s annual development plans, examine and sanction the establishment and adjustment of internal permanent bodies, deliberate on the full set of operational management rules for the World Health Grand Award, vote on major external cooperation agreements, and exercise all collective decision-making powers in line with Colorado non-profit organization laws and internal bylaws.

II. Four Permanent Internal Institutions (all under direct jurisdiction of the Council)
1. Secretariat (the central body for daily implementation across the entire Association)
It undertakes the execution of all resolutions passed by the Council and oversees all operational affairs: daily administrative management of the Association, regular updates of official website content, drafting, filing and release of official announcements, reception of inquiries regarding the full-cycle application process of the World Health Grand Award, compilation and archiving of Chinese-English bilingual documents, and daily domestic and overseas business liaison. It serves as the core execution engine driving the overall operation of the Association.
2. Special Evaluation Committee for the World Health Grand Award (permanent body directly affiliated to the Council)
Established upon special approval from the Council, it operates independently to administer the entire workflow of the World Health Grand Award, including iteration of evaluation criteria, recruitment and registration of domestic and overseas evaluation experts, organization of quarterly evaluations throughout the application cycle, cross-verification of multi-round evaluation results, public release of winner lists across online platforms, and full supervision of evaluation discipline. The Committee shall submit an annual evaluation work report to the Council every year and accept oversight from the Council.
3. General Health Industry Development Committee
It focuses on macro research of the global general health industry, exploration of cross-border industrial collaboration models, and collation of trends within the global health sector. In later stages, industry experts from global universities and top research institutes will be recruited gradually to support the compilation of industrial research reports, organization of international industry forums and thematic industrial seminars.
4. Nutrition & Wellness Committee
It carries out targeted research covering dietary nutrition, chronic disease rehabilitation and holistic physical and mental well-being. It provides professional evaluation support for the wellness track within the World Health Grand Award evaluation system. More segmented research divisions will be added over time to consolidate the foundational academic reserve of the Association.

III. Reserved Establishment: Global Expert Advisory Committee (to be formed at a later date)
At the current stage, the Association prioritizes foundational governance development, regular operation of the World Health Grand Award and preliminary preparation for UN projects, so the Expert Advisory Committee will not be launched for the time being. Once the Association has operated steadily for 12 months and the Grand Award matures into a sound operating system, recruitment of senior specialists in global health will commence to formally set up this think tank advisory team.
This governance structure shall take effect upon approval at this Council meeting. Hereby issued for announcement.
